THREE STEP PROCESS:
1. ATG Guest makes Reservation and $400/person Deposit
2. ATG Confirms Reservation via email and each Guest must complete a Rider Profile and Liability Release within 15 days of receipt of Reservation Confirmation
3. ATG Guest must pay final balance due 120 days prior to Tour departure date to confirm their spot on the tour.
I understand that ATG reserves the right to refuse as a Cycling Tour guest, or remove from the Cycling Tour, any
person it judges to be incapable of meeting the rigors and requirements of participating in the activities, or who it
determines to detract from the enjoyment of the Cycling Tour by others. ATG reserves the right to make route,
hotel and trip modifications as required or desirable to improve the trip quality and/or to accommodate the comfort
and well—being of guests.
The balance of tour cost is due 120 days before the start of trip. (Late reservations will be taken if space is
available.) The tour price is based on double occupancy and includes the services specified in the itineraries plus
optional activities listed. Prices do not include services and meals not listed specifically in the itineraries, passports
or other travel documents, air or other transportation to and from tour start and ending points (unless otherwise
stated in tour itinerary), vaccinations where required, or personal expenses such as laundry, medical insurance,
and communications. You will receive a final invoice prior to this date. If the balance is not received by the due
date, we will consider the reservation cancelled. Our cancellation policy will apply and the space will be offered to
those on the waiting list.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS:
We suggest that you do not book any flights until you receive confirmation that the minimum number of
Participants have signed up for your tour or until you receive your final invoice (120 days before Tour start). Please
review your Pre-trip Information Package with the Tour Meeting Point information. Because of time zone change
you will need to depart the USA 1-2 days before the first date of you trip. Your return flight will probably get you
back in the USA on the same date as your departure. We suggest a minimum of 2 hours for all outbound flight
connections.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be received via confirmed email at
info@adventuretravelgroup.com.

REFUNDS are for tour price only and do not include transportation, hotel or other expenses incurred on the part of
tour participants. This includes expenses incurred by tour participants in instances where Adventure Travel Group,
Inc., inc. is forced to cancel a tour. Prices for overseas tours are based on international exchange rates and are
subject to adjustment without prior notification in the event those rates should change. (Any increase resulting
from such an adjustment shall not modify the cancellation provisions herein.)
TRANSFERING DEPOSITS BETWEEN TOURS:
"Transferring" deposits or payments between tours refers to applying deposits or payments made for a tour toward
payment of costs on another tour. We allow transfers to be made when a participant withdraws from a tour for any
reason and would otherwise have to cancel. By allowing our customers to transfer funds to another tour rather
than cancel entirely we give them the opportunity to avoid some cancellation penalties. This section explains our
policy on transfers. All requests for transfers must be received via confirmed email. If a request for a transfer is
received 120 or more days prior to tour departure, Adventure Travel Group, inc. will hold all funds paid for that
tour on account and transfer you to a new tour without penalty. For written transfer requests received 119 days or
less prior to tour departure, our cancellation penalties apply. Funds will be held on "account" through November 30
of the following tour season. Any money left on account beyond this deadline will be forfeited.
TRIP INSURANCE:
We strongly recommend trip cancellation and accident insurance to prevent any losses in case of illness, accident
or other causes. We do not recommend non refundable, advance purchase air tickets, as we cannot assume
responsibility for any loss incurred on account of such tickets. On rare occasions, we may change an itinerary
where we believe it will make for a better trip. In the unlikely event that we must cancel a trip due to too few
participants, we will attempt to notify you at least 120 days prior to the planned departure. However, we reserve
the right to cancel any trip for any reason at any time prior to departure. In such case, refund of any payments
received will constitute full settlement.
SINGLE TRAVELERS:
Trip prices are per person, based on double occupancy. Those registering singly will be assigned a roommate of the
same sex; we do not charge a mandatory single supplement for single people registering alone if more than 90
days in advance of departure date. Single-occupancy rooms are available for an additional charge on most tours.

reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of a trip due to circumstances beyond the control
of Adventure Travel Group, Inc. Activities involved in active travel and the tours described on our web site are
physically demanding, strenuous and potentially dangerous. By reserving space on a tour, tour participants
acknowledge that they are in suitable physical and mental condition to perform the activities described herein. At
the discretion of employees, agents or independent contractors of Adventure Travel Group, Inc., participants failing

IF WE MUST CANCEL Adventure Travel Group, Inc. reserves the right to cancel your tour for any reason. On the
occasion that we cancel your tour, we will refund to you all payments received to date. Such refund will be
Adventure Travel Group, Inc.s’ entire liability to you with respect to a cancelled trip. We will not be responsible for
any costs or expenses you incurred in relation to the tour including airline tickets, hotels or other related expenses
associated with the tour. Our tour prices are based upon participation of a minimum of 8 riders. If our minimum
participation enrollment is not met, we are under no obligation to run the tour. Because of the inherent risks
involved with cycling and travel, you must read, sign and submit a Release of Liability waiver that will be provided..
